Patrick is an expert at developing networks and activating ideas. He founded Global Fashion Exchange (GFX) in 2013 in conjunction with  Intandem Creatives, a Boutique Creative Agency that focuses on sustainability, design and the production around the world. Patrick powers creative teams in New York, Los Angeles, and London and has produced events, created marketing campaigns and designed structures around the world for some of the world’s most recognized brands like HM, Moët Hennessy, Microsoft, and more. Patricks passion for social impact led to the creation of Global Fashion Exchange in 2013, an international initiative challenging the fashion industry to create a more sustainable world. In addition to his work with GFX, Patrick also manages global partnerships for Common Objective (CO) is an intelligent business network for the fashion industry.

Brooke is a global marketing leader, having held senior positions in New York, London, and Singapore, working at the world's top advertising and communications agencies. She has nearly 15 years of experience in retail across the verticals of accessories, apparel, footwear, home and wearable tech. She's created award-winning campaigns for iconic brands such as American Express, Dove, Ford, and Nike. 

As a Senior Vice President at Ogilvy & Mather, she most recently founded the agency's global retail division, The Boutique, managing a portfolio of luxury, fashion and e-commerce clients.  She provides senior-level council working directly with CEOs, founders and CMOs to develop brand strategies, marketing programs, and digital campaigns while spearheading partnerships with cultural organizations and key influencers. She has deep experience working with global retailers, holding companies and direct-to-consumer brands including H&M, Kering, Opening Ceremony, Westfield, Zady and more.  Blashill was named to the "40 under 40" list by PR Week and graduated from FIT with a masters in Global Fashion Management.
